Small, Medium, Large, Extra large

PLEASE NOTE - SMALL is basically a childs size, most people take a medium UNLESS they have a lot of hair in which case a large or extra extra large might be better. There is not a lot of difference in the sizes and the velcro adjustment gives plenty of room for adjustment.
